COLORADO ON-SITE HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER NEEDED in Crawford, Colorado. Join a luxury, exclusive-use guest ranch nestled beside Gunnison National Forest. We deliver bespoke guest experiences, and we're seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Manager to lead our team in maintaining impeccable standards. You'll hire, train and manage staff, oversee daily operations and scheduling, ensure pristine guest spaces and public areas, maintain inventory, budgets and SOPs, and collaborate across departments for seamless guest stays. You bring three to five years’ experience in luxury/hospitality or high-net-worth homes. Having experience managing other housekeepers is a HARD REQUIREMENT. Will need an eye for detail and eco-conscious cleaning practices, leadership and organizational strength, and flexibility, discretion and a guest-first mindset. Seasonal flexibility required (weekends/holidays), and you must be authorized to work in the U.S. No sponsorship available.
