Seeking a reliable independent contractor for a peaceful vacation rental property on 2.7 quiet acres among tall pine trees with a house and six cabins. The area offers hiking, fishing, and a nearby lake, restaurants and services in Payson. Compensation: $750/month plus use of Cabin 2 as living space/office, utilities and Wi-Fi included. Includes a queen bed, kitchenette, and private bathroom. Duties include guest turnovers (cleaning/laundry), hot tub care, light upkeep, occasional landscaping, trash to dumpster, propane refills, and monitoring the property. Housekeeping experience is strongly preferred. This is a part-time position; cabins typically rent on weekends with Monday being a busy turnover day. Flexible schedule as long as guest needs are met.
